The Modular Cleanroom System system can be manufactured as open- or closed-loop construction. Three different versions are available allowing flexibility for changing customer requirements: ceiling-suspended, standing-firm with walls or mobile.
The system itself can be equipped with the following options:

The modular cleanroom system can achieve cleanroom classes 3-to-8 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1.

Ultraflex Cleanroom (UCR)
The UCR is a free-standing, fully functional cleanroom. The UCR can be operated with laminar or turbulent air flow and fulfills the requirements of cleanroom classes 3.0 to 8.0 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 or M 1.5 (1) to M 6.5 (100000) according to US Federal Standard 209E. The UCR system can be installed as an open or closed system. There are various options for combining the individual components. Complete solutions with integrated supply air, exhaust air, independent cooling and control are also possible.
Weighing Cabin
Weighing cabins protect the operating personnel when weighing or filling products containing active ingredients. The weighing accuracy is not impaired. At the same time, the products are kept sterile and particle-free. The weighing cabins can be used for both on-site tables and floor scales. The weighing cabins work with low-turbulence displacement flow and fulfill the requirements of DIN EN ISO 14644-1 Class 5.0 or M3.5 (100) according to US Fed. Standard 209E.
