De MEGA® SD1000 is speciaal ontworpen voor de distributie van colloïdale en gefumeerde slurry naar polijstlijnen met lage en gemiddelde volumes. Elk doseerkanaal is uitgerust met een speciale:

  • Distributietank
  • Slurrypomp
  • Filtratie-eenheid
  • Componenten voor globaal circuit

De SD1000 is geïnstalleerd op fabrieksniveau en is geoptimaliseerd om slurry te leveren aan polijstmachines binnen een straal van 100 voet, waarbij de druk op het gebruikspunt (POU) tussen 20-30 psi wordt gehouden voor een stabiele en efficiënte slurrystroom.
