We are happy to support you in the development of long-term maintenance and service concepts or conclude a maintenance and inspection contract together. In individual customer training we will be happy to pass on our expert knowledge to you on how to control your system. After all, sound expertise on the safe handling of hazardous gases and sensitive process media is an absolute must.

To ensure smooth operation we will develop a specific maintenance concept together with you, prior to commissioning. You can depend on our deep experience in highly demanding industries. We know your system inside and out, so we know exactly which maintenance and service measures are necessary and when.

Maintenance, service and facility management

Following the commissioning work, our experienced Exentec service team will be happy to reliably carry out all maintenance work and inspections on your gas supply or process media systems. This ensures that you can continue to produce at a high level at all times. For example, we carry out cylinder and barrel exchange on request. For larger service requirements, we will also be happy to arrange a 24-hour service or on-site support with you. Our experts are quickly on site, because highly qualified personnel specialized in working under cleanroom conditions are engaged on your project at all Exentec production locations.

Exentec training offer

In our practice-oriented customer training courses, you will be familiarized with systems, equipment, processes, hazardous substances and necessary maintenance by our Exentec experts. Individual instruction takes place directly on your own system. For this competent and professional support, our employees are regularly trained and follow closely the latest developments.
