Exentec announces key finance appointment to the leadership team

Exentec is delighted to confirm that Sue Raynor has assumed a new role of Vice President Finance Business Segment Services. Raynor has been an integral leader in driving financial strategy and operational excellence across complex, global organizations.  

Prior to the Exentec launch in 2025, Raynor was Finance Director at Total Facility Solutions (TFS) in the US. She has overseen a $250M portfolio of construction projects across North America, spearheading initiatives in business planning, cash management, risk mitigation, and M&A integration. Rafael Perez Lozano, Senior Vice President Finance, said: “Sue is a dynamic and accomplished finance executive. She brings a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and commitment to ethical leadership.”

Raynor has more than 20 years’ experience in senior finance leadership.“ Stepping into executive leadership in the construction industry is both an honor and a challenge I embrace wholeheartedly," says Raynor.
