code of conduct
It is Exentec’s commitment to conduct business in accordance with the highest ethical, moral, and legal standards throughout all business areas. This means, first and foremost, that we comply with all applicable laws and regulations. However, Compliance at Exentec goes further. We act with integrity and respect for our colleagues and our business partners.

Code of Conduct

The Exyte Code of Conduct defines and summarizes the standards for regulatory compliance and ethical conduct for Exentec. It determines how we interact and work within Exentec and provides the basis for relationships with business partners such as clients, suppliers, subcontractors, collaborators, consultants, and all individuals operating under their authority or on their behalf. The Exyte Code of Conduct applies to all Exyte legal entities, offices, and sites and is directly binding for all employees, directors, and officers.
As an Exyte legal entity, Exentec fully adheres to the Exyte Code of Conduct and we expect our employees to understand and comply with the Exyte Code of Conduct, which is available in many different languages, and to apply it when conducting day-to-day business. Exyte also requests business partners to adopt our standards.
Speak Up

Speak Up

Exentec follows the Exyte system for reporting actual or potential compliance issues. We strongly encourage everyone that observes non-compliant conduct or doubt compliance in a specific situation to report using the designated channels or our Speak Up system. In doing so, you do not only enhance our organization, but also our value in relation to third parties at the same time.

How to Speak Up?

You may contact Exyte´s Compliance for submitting reports, addressing compliance concerns, or for any related questions by email or by submitting a report.

Everyone can submit an anonymous web or voice report via our independently operated Speak Up portal. Reports can be made 24 hours, 7 days a week, in most official languages of the countries where Exyte maintains offices.

Who can Speak Up?

Speak Up is available to everyone, both within or outside our company. Employees or business partners can raise any ethics or compliance concerns you have through email or the Speak Up portal. All reports made in good faith are taken seriously and will be assessed and thoroughly investigated according to our investigation protocol. False accusations are prohibited, and misuse of the reporting system may result in disciplinary or legal consequences.

How will you be protected?

At Exentec, we encourage everyone to Speak Up or share their concerns without fear of retaliation. Therefore, no adverse action will be taken against any employee, former employee, business partner, or any third party for reporting, participating, or assisting in the investigation of a reported misconduct, unless the allegation made or information provided is found to be intentionally false or not provided in good faith.

If you feel that you have been subject to any retaliation behavior, please immediately report it to the respective supervisor at Exentec, the Compliance Team, or use one of the designated channels described above.

human rights

Human Rights

Exentec is a people business. Human resources are our most valuable asset, which we are committed to grow and to protect. This starts with safeguarding the most fundamental rights that all individuals are entitled to just by virtue of being human: their human rights.

We reaffirm this commitment in our Human Rights Policy that supplements our engagement in the Exyte Code of Conduct and forms the basis for our social responsibility. It addresses not only all our employees but also our business partners. Particularly, we expect our supply chain to implement all concepts and measures necessary to protect human rights in their own business, as described in Exyte's Supply Chain Code of Conduct. As member of the United Nations Global Compact, we endorse its principles, including but not limited to human rights. We are working together with other leading engineering and construction companies to raise the bar in promoting the rights and welfare of workers across our industry.
