Exentec strengthens leadership team with two Senior Vice President appointments
Exentec has appointed John Hendrickson and James Bevis to its senior leadership team as Senior Vice Presidents of Technology and Services respectively.
Exentec’s Senior Leadership Team has hired John Hendrickson to the position of Senior Vice President Technology, effective October 1, 2025. James Bevis also becomes Senior Vice President Services, effective September 1, 2025. Both roles report into Dr. Michael Loeffelmann, Exentec President, as a further strengthening of the senior team. Hendrickson will provide strategic oversight to Exentec’s Cleanroom & Dryroom, Media Supply and Exhaust & Abatement business lines, with Bevis conducting the same role for the Installation Services, Modular Solutions and Facility Services business lines.

With over a decade of executive leadership experience in the industrial sector—preceded by 21 years of distinguished service as a U.S. Navy Commander—John brings a proven record of success in business turnarounds, strategic operations, and driving performance within complex, dynamic organizations.

James Bevis - Senior Vice President Services
James Bevis assumed his new role on September 1, 2025, after serving as Managing Director of Exentec Hargreaves in the UK. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Bevis has led complex engineering and construction projects across Europe, Asia, and beyond.
His previous roles include Operations Director of a leading Engineering Services General Contractor in the EU and Deputy General Manager of an MEP Contractor in Asia. Bevis’ deep expertise in global project delivery and business leadership has been instrumental in shaping the Exentec business.
“I am thrilled to be starting my new role and looking forward to working with our teams to continue the successful business growth and performance,” says Bevis.
